Derailment of the freight train on Croatian part of RFC 10

Dear customers,

Unfortunately, we have to inform you that yesterday, 16th July 2023. at 4:50 p.m., on the section of RFC 10 through Croatia, between Ludina and Novoselec stations, the last three wagons in the freight train have been derailed. According to initial information, the derailment occurred due to deformation of the track due to high temperatures. It is predicted that the rehabilitation will take about 72 hours. Since this is the single-track part of RFC 10, that part of RFC 10 is discontinued. Freight trains run on an alternative line via Sisak during traffic interruptions.
