Establishing of AWB RFC EIG and PMO

We are pleased to inform you that the Economic Interest Grouping of Alpine-Western Balkan Rail Freight Corridor has been officially established on 27^th June 2019. This has enabled us to make a step forward in setting-up the Project Management Office (PMO) in Ljubljana.  The PMO managers: Mr. Miloš Rovšnik, Executive Manager and Ms. Biserka Keller, Infrastructure Manager, have taken on their duties on the same date when the EIG was established, while the C-OSS and Operations Manager, Mr. Milan Šegan, has assumed his duties on the 1^st of September. This has been the first step in making the PMO fully operational and achieving the final goal of our corridor: facilitating a smooth rail freight traffic along AWB RFC while fostering cooperation between the Infrastructure Managers, maintaining balance between passenger and freight traffic and enhancing intermodality.
